Submit Your Music

Bullfrog brings independent Canadian music artists to the world. We get you “out there” and help you sell your CD to an unlimited global audience.

How it works:

We post your music on the Bullfrog, promote your CD, and handle its orders and postage. For all this, we add a flat service fee of $4.00 Canadian to the sale price of each CD we sell for you. So no matter what you’re asking for your music, we add $4.00 to that price. Simple. At the risk of beating a dead horse, here’s an example: If you decide to sell your CD for $12 CDN, the price listed on the website will be $16 CDN. The sale price is your decision; just remember that you are competing with a lot of other people for a share of the listeners’ loonie.

We don't expect exclusivity. In fact, it's better for you to have your CD's for sale in as many places as possible.

Here’s what we need from you to get started:

• 5 copies of your CD. They must be professional looking and well recorded;
• A one-time $35.00 CDN registration fee per album you wish to list (aside from the $4 fee, this is the only fee we charge...it covers the costs of setting you up on the site);
  
• Your contact information, mailing address, and web site link;
• A photo of your album to display on your Bullfrog page (or we can scan the cover of your album into our system).

Don’t forget to:

• Let us know which 3-4 tracks you’d like us to sample;
• Tell us the sale price of your CD in Canadian dollars;
• Say something about yourself, so we can post your information;
• Package your CD carefully in a bubble wrap envelope.

You get:

• Payment by cheque for your CD sales mailed to you monthly;
• A record of the people who have purchased your CD, so that you can build a list of your fans. This can be useful to you when you are putting out a new album or holding a performance.
